Leading end-to-end operations of the SED Data Centre, ensuring uninterrupted IT service delivery across the School Education Department (SED). Architecting and maintaining integrated MIS solutions, enhancing education planning and evidence-based decision-making. Key achievements include designing a Tier-III compliant data center, enhancing internet connectivity by 700%, integrating cloud-based architecture, and migrating core IT systems from PITB to the School Education Department.
General Manager MIS
Led digital transformation, MIS strategy, and stakeholder integration for social protection programs. Designed a Tier-III Compliant Data Center Architecture. Managed IT assets valued at over PKR 100 million.
